Where I can get my tracking number?
You can retrieve your tracking number from your email address after 3 to 5 days of confirmation order. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days, kindly send us an email at email@example.com.

When will I get my tracking number?
Once your order has been processed, a tracking number usually takes 3-5 business days to be generated.
Please take note to allow 3 to 5 business days for your tracking information to be updated. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days and/or If the tracking status is "not available" within 3 to 5 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly send us an email at email@example.com.
How can I know exactly when my order will arrive?
We will do our best to provide you the most recent and accurate information on your order. Due to circumstances beyond our control (like COVID-19 and delays in tracking information being shared), we’re unable to provide you with an exact date and time of the delivery. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of our supplier, your shipping destination, and the courier partner's delivery schedule in your location.
If you need an order to be delivered by a specific time, please select Expedited Shipping at checkout and include a note to the seller with details about the timing. We will do our best to get your Social Skulls order by the date that you need it. For special requests, please reach out to our owner Kisha at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I ordered multiple items, why did I only receive one?
We have the privilege of working with various manufactures across the globe and some of our partners specialize in creating specific items. Due to this, it is possible that you may receive an item separately from the rest of your ordered products. Please rest assured if all items from your order do not arrive at once, the rest of your order is on its way!
I need my order fast do you guys provide expedited shipping?
We do have options for Expedited Shipping. Please select it at Check Out and add a note to the seller if you need it before a specific date. We’ll do our best to get your order to you quickly!

Here at Social Skulls, we are dedicated to only curating the best products for all of your skull and modern gothic home. While our team is small, we are committed to finding, testing, and reviewing all of our products before they even make it on our website. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your order, please refer to our Refunds and Returns Policy to get your order resolved.

How long does delivery take?
The processing time for orders is 2-3 business days. Once shipment is prepared and ready for shipment, the estimated delivery is currently around 2-6 weeks (please note we are experiencing delays due to COVID-19).
Please take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays that we are unable to control on our end as well as, some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.

All returns must be postmarked within 45 days upon receiving your order.
